My name is Dakota (CYT 200hr), a certified yoga instructor with a strong passion for herbalism and holistic wellness. I earned my teaching certification through Heat Yoga in North Liberty, Iowa, in 2022 and have been devoted to practicing yoga for over a decade. Specializing in Yin inspired yoga and creating personalized flows for individuals. Throughout these years, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of yoga—not only as a physical practice but as a transformative journey toward mental clarity and emotional balance.
